I wanted to try and take a person who doesn’t run at all to their very first 5K, in the form of a parkrun. To make this even more difficult, I would have just 4 weeks in which to achieve this.
In the second part of the Anne-Marie trilogy, we would see Ami push further than she believed she could in her attempt to get ready for the 5K.
