I wanted to try and take a person who doesn’t run at all to their very first 5K, in the form of a parkrun. To make this even more difficult, I would have just 4 weeks in which to achieve this.

The chosen participant, Ami, would be testing out an abbreviated version of the new JOG ON training plan. Much more than just couch to 5K, this is A 6 week programme carefully put together over many months and specifically designed to take someone from no running and train them to run a 5K: https://www.thisisjogon.com/shop
