We tried to run 48 miles across Wales in one day

For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to run across a country. So, we decided to try and run 48 miles (77km) across Wales in one day.

Starting in Anchor, we would run through Llanidloes, the source of the River Severn, Pumlumon Fawr, Nant-y-moch and end in Aberystwyth. This is a video about that adventure.

Thank you to everyone involved in this project.
