We changed one thing and she instantly ran a PB

 

Following JOG ON course member Rachel's 10 mile time of 1:09:37, I believed that without any further training, if we could just employ good pacing, this personal best could be improved.

I told Rachel to meet me on a start line just one week later in North Devon at the Bideford 10 Mile road race. I was going to try and help Rachel run, even faster.
