Chasing a SUB 41 10K (first race in a YEAR, Exeter)

Exeter racecourse 10K in Devon is the first race in a year. Whilst a sub 40 10km run was still a stretch, a sub 41.30 (and maybe even a sub 41 10K) seemed like it might just be possible in my current state of fitness, and following a very helpful 8KG of weight loss over the past year.

Thank you to the organisers: it's great to be back racing again. Please consider SUBSCRIBING or SHARING this video with a friend, we appreciate any help to get out there in front of the running world that little bit more. Thank you.
