Trying to run a new 10K PB, I asked two elite runners if they wouldn't mind running at their lightest jog, to pace me for an attempt at my fastest 10K. We attended the London Winter Run, a 10K around the capital city.

GB Athlete Jonny Davies and 2021 British 3,000 Steeplechase Champion Mark Pearce did a superb job and it was an honour to run with them. This was a truly remarkable experience.
