After popular request, we are opening up the chance to complete any of the JOG ON virtual events you may have missed out on. You can complete your Mile, Hour or 3,000 run at any time. Please submit your evidence to: jogonevents@gmail.com and we will post you your wristband. Please be aware, your result will not be published.
Rules:
Your run must be done outside
No treadmill submissions or routes that involve a significant amount of downhill
Evidence must be provided in your submission in the form of a screenshot or link to your run on Strava or Garmin Connect
You must keep your watch running for the entire effort, no pausing of the watch is allowed
Please make sure all information is present and correct in your submission (results can be emailed to jogonevents@gmail.com)
