This 8 week COURSE is perfect FOR anyone Wishing TO IMPROVE THEIR Half Marathon knowledge and performance within a supportive, community-based approach.

Live in-depth presentations (featuring over 200 slides) from Harry on some of the most effective half marathon training methods, training sessions, successful pacing, strength work, fuelling, race preparation and more
Access to an exclusive page for course members to talk to one another, sharing training progress, ideas, photos and support
Every run and session set by 2:29 marathoner and GB athlete Louise Small, catering to your personal ability

A final half marathon at the end to put all of the course training and knowledge to the test (please note entry is not included in the price)

The course will begin in January 2025 with a potential meet-up at Run Dorney Lake Half Marathon or Brett Lydd Half Marathon on the 9th March, 2025 (this is optional, course members may choose a different half marathon to target)
You must be at least 17 years old to sign up.
Video calls will take place on a Monday evening (UK time).
This course is suitable for anyone looking to IMPROVE their time OR complete their FIRST half marathon, however we would recommend that you are already consistently running a minimum of 3X per week.
