Pacing the father for a sub-22 5K attempt

Breaking 22 minutes for a 5K, at parkrun or otherwise, is not an easy task.

After my father, Steve recently turned 64, he asked me to pace him in a time trial to test his current running fitness. A 16:30 runner back in his day, Steve can still produce very respectable times for his age category.

If you'd like to help JOG ON grow, you can share this video with a friend who is also trying to break 22 minutes.

Thank you for watching. Go for that run, and Jog On.
