Completing 500km in one month (500K Day 31)
Completing 500km in one month has been an intensive running goal. It has demanded consistency and dedication to complete the 500K distance in 31 days. 31 10 mile runs in a row to produce a total of 310 miles, or 500K. My sincere thanks to the JOG ON audience for taking on your own 10 mile run that day, and sending us your clips and photos. Running everyday for a month is on the more extreme side, but remember it only takes one run to make a big difference on your day, your week, your month.
