How enough trail running can send you MAD (500K Days 6-10)

 

Ultra running and trail running is something to be enjoyed. But running 500K in one month (10 miles everyday for 31 days), or 100 parkruns, is far enough to somewhat loosen your grip on reality, and even send you mad.
