We tried a crazy Wine Half Marathon - Bacchus

I was invited to run the Bacchus Wine Half Marathon, held at Denbies Wine Estate and vineyard in Surrey, England.

I asked a friend to join me. Normally a 5K and 10K runner, this would be his first official half marathon.

We agreed to try every drink at the stops along the 13.1 mile route.

This would turn out, to be a mad adventure of confusing costumes, tall hats, foot pain, dancing and badly cramping legs.
