I knocked over 2 minutes off my 10K for SUB 40 (Eastleigh)

7 years since I last ran a SUB 40 10K, I arrived on the start line of the Eastleigh 10K in Southern England in the hopes of finally breaking 40 minutes once again.

Consistency and dedication to a training plan over the past 6 months following a 41.41 at Southampton 10K resulted in strong improvements in fitness and weight. Whilst my pb still sits at 37.49 from 2015, everything is moving in the right direction. What a joy to finally be back in the 30's for this infamous distance. We continue to push forward.
