I took an elite runner to her first parkrun - Reading

Phily Bowden is an elite runner and marathoner who recently ran a superb gun time of 2:34:30 at Seville Marathon in Spain. After our conversation on the JOG ON podcast (link below), I agreed to take Phily to her very first parkrun. We chose Reading parkrun, held at Thames Valley Park.
